TOS
By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service:These terms of service are subject to change at any time.GENERAL
.
I (BEE) withhold the right to refuse any commission for any reason
I maintain all rights to any completed commissions. This means I am allowed to use these works to publish, post wherever, promote art, or include in a portfolio for promotional purposes.
The commissioner is allowed to use the final product for PERSONAL use unless agreed to otherwise. If posted anywhere proper credit MUST be given in the form of a link to my Carrd or other art related social media platform such as Instagram or Twitter.
The commissioner is allowed to print the art piece, but cannot reproduce for commercial gain without first speaking to the artist and purchasing a commercial license.
Any rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be canceled.COMMISSION PROCESS
.
The commissioner must provide ample reference and/ or a description written in clear concise language. I am indeed an artist, but I am not a mind reader. The more clear you are, the faster it goes.
The commissioner will receive a heavily watermarked WIP at the initial sketch stage and again before full completion. Any attempt to remove said watermark or attempt to use these WIPs will terminate the commission.
Only 1 major change is allowed (i.e. complete concept changes, complete outfit changes etc) If this major change is requested past the last check in there may be an additional cost depending on the nature of the change.
A commission may take up to a month to complete as I have a full time job and other responsibilities. If any delays occur the commissioner will be notified.REFUNDS
.
If the commissioner chooses to cancel the commission, any down payment sent to me will be non-refundable.
I have the right to cancel and refund any purchase at any time
If a false chargeback is filed, the commissioned piece will be sold to new buyers and the commissioner looses all rights to the artwork they have received.
If the commissioner is not able to afford the final product after we have agreed upon a price, the work will be sold to new buyers.
